Director of Practicum and Internship Training
As a psychologist and clinical supervisor, I’m passionate about creating a reflective, authentic space where developing clinicians can grow with confidence and purpose. I approach supervision much like I approach clinical work, with curiosity, compassion, and a belief in the importance of self-awareness and connection.
My approach to supervision is collaborative and reflective. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and psychodynamic theory, not just as treatment frameworks, but as tools for deepening clinical understanding and sharpening conceptual thinking. I encourage trainees to cultivate their own voice as clinicians while honoring the values of cultural humility, compassion, and evidence-based care.
Above all, I strive to show up with radical genuineness. Supervision is a collaborative process, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside others as they grow, not just in skill, but in confidence, insight, and clarity.
