Hello! I’m Chloë Johnson, and I’m so glad you’re here. Everyone deserves a space where they feel heard, valued, and empowered to grow. As a licensed mental health therapist, I’m dedicated to creating that space for my clients, fostering a journey of healing and transformation.

Originally from the Midwest, I found my heart and home in Florida when I moved here for school in 2014. The sunshine, warm community, and opportunities to grow professionally made me stay! When I’m not working, I love spending time with friends and family—movie nights, game nights, and afternoons at the park with my nephew are some of my favorite ways to recharge and stay connected.

With over five years of experience, I’ve worked closely with children, adolescents, young adults, and families to address a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, PTSD, grief, sexual trauma, childhood trauma, self-esteem struggles, bullying, and LGBTQ+ issues. I also have experience supporting individuals with autism, antisocial personality disorder, and schizophrenia.

I believe therapy is about more than addressing challenges—it’s about helping you build a stronger connection with yourself and the world around you. My goal is to help you feel empowered, confident, and resilient, no matter what life throws your way.

I blend evidence-based techniques with a compassionate, client-centered approach. Grounded in trauma-informed care and influenced by Rogerian and Jungian philosophies, I use modalities such as Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). What does this mean for you? It means our work together will be tailored to your unique experiences, strengths, and goals.

Taking the first step toward healing can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. Together, we’ll create a path forward that feels right for you. When you’re ready, I’m here to help. Let’s connect!
