Director of Practicum and Internship Training

Whether you are feeling stuck in life or unsure of the next step, facing conflict or unhappiness within a relationship, experiencing feelings of depression, loneliness, anxiety, or struggling to cope with past or recent trauma or a painful personal history, therapy can be a rewarding and transformative experience that can help you heal and reclaim control of your life.

My first aim is to establish a mutually comfortable rapport to provide an atmosphere of openness and to make self-exploration an experience that is satisfying and helpful in both the short and long term. My style is informal, supportive, and interactive. Based on my training and experience in a variety of treatment modalities, including CBT, ACT, and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, I use an integrative approach to help you reach your personal goals, which may involve learning skills to manage life’s difficulties and developing a greater understanding of yourself.

As a human and therapist, I strive to be radically genuine. I'm compassionate, authentic, balanced, and I strive to be your biggest advocate on your journey toward better health. I can't wait to meet you!
