Life can be chaotic and challenging. There are times when we hit roadblocks and detours in the road and need someone to come alongside us for support.

I am a licensed mental health counselor and have over 10 years of experience helping people unpack old unwanted patterns while building a more empowered mind.

I use various therapeutic modalities such as EMDR, Narrative, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness.

I had the privilege to work extensively with active-duty Marines and Sailors and their family members in the last six years. Now I am ready to work with clients utilizing the knowledge and skills I acquired through serving people who served our country facing life and various emotional challenges.

Areas of speciality include anxiety, PTSD, sexual trauma, childhood trauma, bullying, job stress, performance anxiety, phobias, sleep disorders, grief, infidelity, and low self-esteem.

I am bilingual (English/Japanese). I can help with international marital or relationship issues in general. Adjustment and acculturation (moving to the US from different countries) issues are another area of my therapeutic strengths.

I have worked with populations with conditions or impairments that are usually associated with challenges with employment. As a CRC (certified rehabilitation counselor) I can help with job-seeking anxiety, emotional regulation, work-related stress management, and self-esteem concerns.

Are you ready to unpack your emotional heaviness and finally let yourself heal? I am here to hear your story!
